Privacy and Terms
Draft for the concept demo. Final wording is agreed with SpeedPro management and its legal adviser during discovery. Customer lists, shipping addresses and payment details are not collected for demos without appropriate permission and data-protection terms.
Privacy notice
SpeedPro Logistics handles personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Sender and receiver names, phone numbers, email and delivery addresses.
- Parcel details, documents you upload, and payment records.
- Referral codes used, and messages you send us.
Why we use it
- To accept, move, track and deliver your parcel, and to tell you and your receiver about its progress by SMS and email.
- To issue invoices and receipts and keep the financial records the law requires.
- To send service updates, and promotional messages only where you have agreed to them.
Who we share it with
Partner couriers that handle a leg of your parcel, our payment provider, and SMS and email providers, only as far as each needs. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by calling +234 707 534 1836 or writing to the contact address agreed during discovery.
Terms of carriage
- A booking is a request until the Owode counter accepts it and confirms the price.
- You must describe the goods accurately. Restricted items need the right permits, and we may decline any parcel.
- Delivery estimates are given in good faith and depend on destination and service scope.
- Pay-on-delivery parcels are released once payment is received.
- Report damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery. Liability is limited to the declared value unless agreed otherwise in writing.
